There are so many changes that happen in our bodies during pregnancy and postpartum and it's not always simple getting into a routine we love!

Our pregnant and postpartum bodies require modifications and unique workouts that allow for safety AND results. That's why I wanted to share my favorite programs that have guided me through these different stages in my journey!

A little about my health & wellness journey...

For years after graduating college with an Athletic Training degree, I was a Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on female fitness (including pre/postpartum and creating a routine that works with your monthly cycle). 

After I had my daughter in 2018, I created my own Virtual Assistant business from home and needed quick & effective workouts I could do during naptime - insert Kim's follow-along programs.
