How to be a Fit Mom

There’s no secret to being a Fit mom. You just need 10 minutes, some creativity and a little motivation!

Here is my favorite way to get a workout in anywhere:

  1. Set a timer
  2. Choose 5 exercises
  3. Repeat 20 reps of each exercise until the timer goes off!

That’s it!

Here is a list of body weight exercises you can do anywhere:

Squats

Lunges

Sumo Squat

Jumping Jacks

Pushups

Tricep dips

Burpees

Curtsy Lunges

Reverse Plank

Kick backs
