Coffee Cravings, Holiday Chaos, and a Festive Giveaway
I Didn't Think I Was Addicted to Coffee Until...
This week taught me something humbling: I need coffee. I’ve been out of my favorite blend, My Everyday Dose (CODE KIMPERRY) and let me tell you, it’s been rough. I thought I could manage. I tried matcha. I tried energy drinks. I even tried just plain tea. Nope. None of it hits the same.
Caffeine withdrawal is no joke. It’s like my brain can’t function at full capacity without my daily dose (pun intended). And let’s not even mention that I’m in the thick of Thanksgiving break. Having the kids home all day on top of everything else just drains my energy reserves.
Iced coffee has been my lifeline. Usually, I start my day with one post-workout and indulge in a second in the afternoon. So yeah, I go through my coffee supply pretty fast, especially since I’m a proud member of the heaping scoops club. My tracking says the coffee shipment should be here tonight, and I can’t wait. Here’s hoping your Thanksgiving was cozy and filled with good vibes!
The Countdown to 2025
Can you believe it? We’re in the final month of 2024. As Smash Mouth famously said, "The years start coming, and they don’t stop coming." It’s wild to think that 2025 is just weeks away.
I’m already gearing up for the new year with a project that I’m super excited about: a 4- to 6-week fitness and meal-prep program. Starting mid-January (because January 1st feels too chaotic for most of us), this challenge will feature not just workouts but also weekly meal plans.
No, these meal plans won’t involve complicated calorie counting or macros. They’ll simply offer you pre-planned, easy-to-prep meals so you can spend less time thinking about food and more time enjoying your day. I’m even considering adding a “Meal Prep With Me” feature—maybe a live or recorded session every week. Would you join in? Let me know what you think!
