We'll kick things off with a 45-minute workout with Kim. Then the day opens up.

45-MINUTE WORKOUT WITH KIM
We start together with 45 minutes of movement, sweat, and energy with Kim.
Then you choose what comes next.
DJ + DANCE FLOOR
The workout ends. The music doesn't.
Stay on the dance floor, hang out, and have fun.
COLD PLUNGES
Take the plunge if you're up for it. We'll have cold plunge stations ready throughout the event.
SOUND BATH
When you're ready to slow things down, settle in for a sound bath and reset.
DRYBAR STYLING
Sweaty hair comes with the territory.
Drybar will be on-site for styling, so you can freshen up without leaving the event.
SHOPPING AT ALEUR
Browse and shop ALEUR between activities while you snack, sip, and hang out with the REFILL crew.
FOOD + WELLNESS DRINKS
We'll have food and wellness drinks available throughout the event so you can refuel between everything else.
